New to dis - surprise birthday planning

Hi guys, I am a new member as have just booked for our first holiday next feb - 335 days and counting!! However, going with my best bud who will be 40 while we are there, and need to do some sneaky planning to arrange birthday cake/celebrations etc. Unfortunately she has been lots of times before and is therefore the dis expert, and also doing most of the planning, so i need some outside help to be able to surprise her!!! Any suggestions gratefully welcomed!
