Thanks for all the great welcome messages! As far as our avatar goes, honestly I can't remember where we found this! Was in a email, I think about swine flu! But also could have been about beer! About us, well, we first visited the Fort about 10 years ago, in our 1st popup. Then upgraded to a fiver, then up again to a Class A. That was the best! We full-timed while I was a traveling x-ray tech. Now we're back into our house, and got a new toy hauler fiver. Just love it! Total, we've had 2 popups, 3 fifth wheels, and 1 Class A. Been to the Fort more than we can count! Our furkids are Pete, the rescued retired racing Greyhound who is 5, and Cleo, our Italian Greyhound who is 13. Recently we had to put down our beloved 16 year old Iggy, Rocky. My husband Tim, will be heading off to Afghanistan sometime in January. He works as a contractor for the State Dept. And I am a applications specialist for a company that manufactures imaging equipment, digital mammography machines. That's about it in a nut-shell!!

Tell Tim to stay safe. You might also want to check out the Camping Community Board, which is a sub-part of this board. The CCB is a place to hang out, jabber about just about anything, and have a good time. Not that I ever post there myself, of course.
