Hello! I new to going on a cruises. I want to get a quote for a land/sea cruise from a couple of TA but how long are these quotes good for ? I am wanting to book in a couple weeks.and is it to late to get a good rate on a November 2004 cruise? any advice ? It will be me and my 18 yr old dd ,Any help would be appreciated. I have never gone through a TA before either.
Thanks in advance.

Quotes can change everyday...nothing is locked in until you deposit. Keep checking different TA prices and they decide and book. Once you book the price cannot go up unless it is for port fees or Govt taxes which change every once in awhile but not often....and the amount is minimal...a few bucks.

I agree with checking allseas; also try dreamsunlimited and www.vacationstogo.com.

that being said, I notice allseas isn't showing any of the cheaper rooms as available for November. I noticed expedia was still offering Cat 10 and 11 for Nov 13 just the other night, so look around, get the best deal you can; ask the TA how long the quote is good for.

if it's any consolation, I ended up cancelling my first reservation (got my full refund with NO hassle!); as long as you cancel within the specified time, there's no penalty.

Happy Planning!
