new to condos...have questions

I went to the Windsor Hills site and just clicked on the link for a quote for a 2 bedroom condo. I received a very fast reply for $99/night. This seems so cheap that it makes me nervous. Is this a deal that's too good to be true? Are all the condos nice and clean? It just seems like I can't get any pics of the exact place which also makes me nervous. Please let me know how this condo thing works.

We are at WH right now. Staying in a three bedroom townhouse with our own splash pool for less than $100 per night for our seven night stay. We also rented a two bedroom condo last fall for about $99 per night...generally the longer you stay, the less you pay per night. Each had a different owner, but both were great!

I always go through vrbo.com and if they have several good reviews I figure they are a pretty safe bet.

Thank you so much! This site is great, much easier to navigate than the Windsor Hills main site. The pics are great and I love reading the reviews. This definitely makes me feel better about renting a condo/townhouse.

We always stay at Windsor Hills (5+ times) and usually pay around $100 or less a night (for condo or Townhouse). I was nervous the first time but figured we would take a leap of faith. It worked out perfectly! The condo was so nice and clean and WH was great. I received a recommendation on this board and the owners we hooked up with are wonderful. I think it really depends on the owner so try to get some recommendations. I would be leary of not being able to see pictures of the place - any unit I have looked into always has a website with pictures.

So... in a nut shell, it is not too good to be true. Once you try offsite, you will never go back onsite! Good luck!
