New to camping at FW

W are "thinking" of buying a pop up camper. My first thogut was ---Yea we get to try FW and get away with doing WDW much cheaper. We have a very large family and need two room now!! My question--does FW charge extra for more than a certain number of children? We have 5 little ones!! Thanks in advance!!

10 person limit per site, extra adult fee if over 2 adults, so with 5 kids you should be fine

I took my five youngest for 8 weeks this summer. We were in our fifth wheel, but have gone in a pop up. The kids don't care what they sleep in. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the pop up, but really appreciated the fact that there is a washer/dryer in the new camper, plus 2 bathrooms. I don't know how old yours are, but mine are all 10 and under. The second bathroom was a blessing as 4 of them are girls. I had no problem adding visitors to my list and was given a room key for them to enjoy EMH along with us. The visitors did not sleep in the camper, but they do allow up to 10 per campsite. We also would need two rooms and the fact that you can cook/eat at the camper saves us tons of money. I think, with my annual pass, I paid $54.64 a night. You just can't beat that for a family of 7, possibly 8 when the 19 year old came to visit! Go for it, you will have a great time.

hi Amy! We have a smallish family, so I can't relate, but I do like my privacy and space, since I'm an only child. My 2 kids will NOT learn to knock at a closed bathroom door!

We have a pop up, but I'm shopping for another camper already. I really like the hybrids. They aren't that heavy and have a lot of space. I have no idea what you can tow, but wanted to suggest that you take a look at them. They have high sides (like a travel trailer) and fold out beds (like a popup). With the high sides you can get a full height refrigerator, an overhead microwave, and a bathroom with walls. Big difference from a popup!
