Guess it depends a lot on when you go and what equipment you've got. If you're an RVer you're probably all set. If a tenter/pop-up-er, you might consider a small electric heater if you're going down soon, or a fan if going in warm weather.
Other than that, you might check out the thread here on the camping forum re: the taste of Florida water!! We, too, have only camped in the northeast (aside from FW) and are used to that nice cold deep-bedrock well water....
