New Thread

Why is it you can only start a new thread topic on the very first screen? Why can't I start a new thread once I'm already in the other posts?
I have to go all the way back to do it.

Not sure I understand what the problem is that you have. You should be able to start a new thread while in the main screen on any board.

Best to post queries on the Technical board

Because that's how it works.. You can post replies while in a thread, but can only post new threads in an actual forum.

Thank You! I know it's a very stupid question. The whole time I'm thinking there's got to be a way to do this when you're just reading the threads. geez louise! where's the suggestion box? lol Thanks again for answering my dumb question of the day.

You can suggest it all you want, but the way vbulletin is made, it's just not an option

Oh I know.. It's just that we've wondered why on our forums also why it's that way, and the reason is probably so folks dont accidently click the new thread instead of post reply..
