New Thread About Apartments (German shepherds)

Hey everyone! Just another Spring 2015 PI hopeful here! Been looking at apartments near DAK just to get an idea of things but I keep coming across the same issues.

Issue 1: Google reviews say "Don't Move Here! Drug deals everywhere!"...scary.

Issue 2: Google review also says "Management sucks. Rats everywhere. Roaches everywhere."...gross.

Issue 3 and biggest issue: German shepherds are too "aggressive" and so they are breed restricted and I can't find any apartment complex that will let me bring my pushover poor excuse for an "aggressive" GS.

The google reviews come from the Bella Apartments and others which I hear from everyone that they are great. So I'm slightly confused.

Any clarification/personal experiences/advice on good complexes that are less than $1,000 the month and accept GSD would be great!!!!

For issue one, apartments near DAK are on 192...drug deals there aren't uncommon, especially near 192/429

For issue two, cockroaches are everywhere, you really can't fend them off...

For issue three, in the wake of bullying, animal attacks, Snookie sightings....everything that could potentially harm children is banned...

My daughter lives at Camden World Gateway. I do not believe it is near DAK but I don't know for sure.

A one bedroom is under $1000 and they do allow German Shepherds.
