I called CRO last night to check room availability with an AP discount for next week (my brother in law and his family might join us) and the CM said she couldn't help me with AP rates and that she needed to transfer me to a different department??? I've never had that happen before... is it a new policy???

After I was transferred the new CM was able to give me rates.

Oh, I didn't realize they couldn't check AP rates. I wonder why???

Even if WDTC got the call, they've been able to do AP & Resident discounts for as long as I remember. I always use their 800 number and always book with either AP or Resident codes.

If that's the case, then it's a VERY recent change.

This happened to me this morning!!!! I called CRO and asked for AP rates, then was asked to hold. Then I was transfered to someone else, who magically could help me!!!
