New Tequila bar coming to Epcot's Mexico Pavilion.

How exactly does a Tequila Bar work? It is only Tequila? Or is it Tequila and Tequila mixed drinks?

As for branv... I do think that there are certain drinks that bring out the "bad" in people. I don't know many who drink tequilla, so I don't know if that brings out the bad.

Hope they have Patron chilled for me for mid-September.

I think it is just men who get mean when they drink tequila. I happen to be VERY nice when I drink it.

Well I for one am sad. My daughter and I always look forward to buying some silver jewelry in Mexico. Very pretty and reasonably priced. Does WDW really need another place to buy a drink ??

Cheap tequila is nasty. People tend to drink it as shots, or in mixed sugary-drinks where you can't tell how much alcohol you are getting. If people are "mean" when drinking tequila, it's because of the amount of alcohol they are consuming, not because the alcohol in tequila has magical properties other alcohol has.

Good tequila, on the other hand, is a spectacular beverage. It should be sipped and slowly savored. Combined with the high price, folks tend not to overindulge.

If they are going to put in a bar stocked with great tequilas, fantastic. If it's just another party place pushing shots and margaritas, I'll skip.

New menu in Mexico?? I wonder what the changes are? We leave Thursday. And here is the crazy question.... What does tequila taste like? Sweet, bitter? If anybody has seen the new menu please tell us.

Okay, call me crazy, but I have always said that Tequila tastes like Band-Aids! No, I have never eaten Band-Aids, but you know when you open a new box of them, the smell you get? Well, thats' just what Tequila tastes like to me!

There is a reason that you normally lick salt before a shot of tequilla and then put a lime in your mouth after. To me, it tastes like puke, because well that's what's happened any time Ive ever tried to do shots of it.

I agree. I don't drink, but I do buy turquoise jewelry. Maybe they will put a jewelry counter somewhere else in the pavilion.

I agree, the more top shelf tequilas actually don't make good margarita's.

A good tequila can be enjoyed like a good scotch.
