New System Full O Bugs!

Just called CRO to confirm several reservations. THEY COULDN'T FIND ANY OF THEM!. The young lady was very apologetic and placed me on hold for about 15 long minutes. During those 15 minutes my mind went though all kinds horror scenarios. Each of them ending with Disney losing my reservations and deposits. When she came back on the line she said her supervisor found my res. and deposit info but the reservations could not be accessed till Wednesday. Maybe this is common for new systems this size, but it sure has been a pain.
 
They maybe be doing a database clean-up - files offline till the cleanup is done. Disks need to be refragmented - yes even large databases nee clean up for lost disk space. I would think 24 hours is all a database cleanup would be needed - unless the system took a full head crash. Then a disaster recovery should be in place - WDW reservations should call in IBM (Boca Raton IBM site)
 
I was just on hold for 10 minute's. I heard them pick-up and the next thing I heard was ... "click". I was hung-up on. They owe me for that call. :)
