New SW sale--$50 each way Sac to OC

I snagged that price too for me and my little using my points! Flying out early Saturday for dapper day, coming home Tuesday

Sure beats 7 hours of my DD3 asking if every building on the side of the road is disneyland yet and what's that smell???

Disneyluvr2 and I keep hoping the 9:00 flight goes down in price. We saved a lot of points yesterday but that 9ish flight didn't go down and DL2 doesn't have quite enough points for it. It sure would be nicer to get there at 10:20 than 2 something, but sheesh! That one flight is $115. Dang.

Nice! Last time we tried an early flight, it was a serious debacle! Here's hoping it's smooth sailing...or flying, lol.

Well, DH is not a morning person so he will not be happy about the early start. But the earlier we leave the earlier we can be in the parks, so he will just have to deal with it!

I'm glad I booked it though because now that 7am flight is $93!

We went back and forth trying to decide between that 7am flight and the 12:35 flight (the 2 cheaper ones). My thought is....if we did the 7am flight that would mean getting up at 2:30am to get ready and drive to the airport. Pretty much no sleep that night, guaranteed. Then I'd be pooped out and ready to go back to the room early in the evening, leaving valuable park hours not used.

Taking the 12:35 flight we should still be full of energy and able to enjoy the park until midnight, when it closes. I wish the 8:55 flight would come down in price. That would the be the perfect flight!

Ummmm... did the California DOT really allow you to get your license photo done with Minnie ears on? If so that's totally awesome! Sorry for the off-topic comment. I just couldn't not comment on that!

Yes, that's my real drivers license. I grabbed my ears on the way out to my appt. When it was time for my photo, I whipped them out and asked if I could wear them. The lady looked at me like I was crazy and said "I don't know, no one has ever asked that before!" She said as long as it was a headband, I could wear them (which they were). I honestly think I just caught them off guard and they didn't know how to react! LOL!!

Ok....that just cuts it man! How come my DMV photo always looks like a mug shot! A really ugly one too! Think I need to change either my face or DMV or both! LMAO.....
Anyway, both pictures look very nice. Your DMV must have the one good photographer.

DizMe looks like the Queen of England with all her jewels! LOL!! It's always fun going through the airport with our license. I can always manage to get a smile from a grumpy TSA worker when I show mine, and that makes my day!

There's no way I would get up at 2:30am for a flight either, so I don't blame you for going for the afternoon flight. As it is, we will be up at 5am. I don't have a problem with that since I'm normally up with my son at 6am or earlier anyway. I figure we should be in the parks by 9:30am, still early enough to get some key rides out of the way and then take a nice break when our room is available in the afternoon. First time staying at GCH, so I don't mind spending some time enjoying the hotel and amenities. I hope it's warm enough to swim!
