I hope they don't take realism too far with this one, as it would not be appealing if the drinks are recycled urine, even if that is what astronauts on long space missions may actually have to drink.

Mmmmmm yummy. I guess I'll be skipping the Pee Soup and Poo Poo Platters. I'd love to see the waiters have to serve people in zero gravity though.

At this point, pretty much everything you drink is recycled urine from somewhere or another.

Ultimately yes, but unlike on a long space mission, at least it's usually been through the large-scale hydrologic cycle.
