Recently, the Snow White Mine Coaster opened in Magic Kingdom. Have any of you ridden it yet? If so, what did you like and dislike? Just wondering if it would be worth riding. Thanks!

It is a short cute little ride. If you like coasters go over to BTMRR or space mountain.

I agree, it is cute and very smooth, but quite short. If you can get a FP for it, it is worth riding. If not, standby lines are excessively long for a 1-1/2 minute ride, and I would not personally get in standby longer than 20-30 minutes max for this. I honestly like it better than BTM (and I don't ride Space, too hard to get in and out of the cars), as it is so much smoother. And honestly, it isn't like any of these are a coaster lover's roller coaster, right? It is great for what it is, whcih is a FAMILY coaster.

I've noticed many folks commenting on how short the ride is. Most coasters aren't that long. You can cover an immense amount of track in a short period. For example at WDW:

Expedition Everest: 2:50
BTMRR: 3:00
Space Mountain: 2:35
RnR: 1:22

I may have a different opinion once I get to experience it, but 7DMT doesn't seem that far off in ride duration from other coasters.

This website says that 7DMT's duration is 2:30. http://www.wdwmagic.com/attractions...er-at-the-magic-kingdom's-new-fantasyland.htm

We just rode it yesterday. We liked it! I wouldn't wait two hours for it, or any other ride for that matter.

Absolutely worth it! I don't know that I'd wait for a couple of hours, but then again, I wouldn't wait for anything for THAT long. The theming, from the line on, is gorgeous. The ride is short, but it's really fun, and long-time MK fans may want to keep an eye out for surprises...

I thought they already had a mine train roller coaster.

What a scam.

The mine train is definitely worth riding, it's a fun little coaster! The ride is in three sections: the first part with some fast and fun curves; the second, a slow tour through the mine; and the final fast ride with some good twists and turns. There is also a slow (or stop) part past the cottage, overall it is less than 3 minutes.

The ride will probably not appeal to thrill seekers since it is meant for the little ones but we really liked it and will certainly ride it again.

All the news about the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train and not a peep about the Snow White coaster.
:thumbsup2:lmao:

OP. There is no such thing as a Snow White coaster. Never was. The new coaster that every one is referring to is called the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Now we're all on the same page.

ETA: Well, it would appear that I'm on the second page, but you get the idea.
