Hello out there to my peeps.

My MRI went fine but the doc who NEVER calls unless there is something wrong called me within 48 hours to set up an appt. (maybe I already said this) now i am sweating about the results. Help me stay on the "sane" side of this and tell me that it is more than likely NOTHING

 Hopefully, he's just feeling on top of things and wants to get on top of this problem. MRI's are often to "rule out" something....so hopefully, it was ruled out :thumbsup2 and he's just meeting with you to make a new plan of action/give you some new meds!:thumbsup2
All positive thoughts here.:grouphug:

Hiya PEEPs!

We had an exciting night last night. A neighbor came home with her children and found a suspicious package on her front steps. She called the police and they called the bomb squad.

The neighbors came in our house. Everyone had to be off the streets and they blocked off the road. The bomb squad tried xraying it, but couldn't see it so they sent the robot in:popcorn::

The robot couldn't get it open and couldn't tell what it was either so they decided to blow it up! All we heard was "FIRE IN THE HOLE!, FIRE IN THE HOLE!" :scared1:

This is what catfish looks like when its blown up:

Someone put the package on her steps-- no one she knows. Its possible it was left at the wrong house. :confused3 I was thinking more a long the lines of anthrax then I was bomb. The whole thing was fishy if you ask me! :teeth:

Thanks Robot, you saved the day!

The kids are all afraid of catfish now though.

Wow, what an exciting evening! And I bet the smell wasn't to great, if there wasn't enough cold with it.

And if you have ever looked a catfish eye ball to eye ball and weren't a bit squirmy anyway....:rotfl2:

Good news/iffy news from us:

1. Jeff's IEP will let him go back to a regular special ed class. Yeah!! Problem is that he is on a 1st grade level in most of his stuff, like reading, and hasn't even started cursive writing. The door is open to go back, but I really am glad he is getting out. I am very concerned that he is already to far behind.

2. Bill got approved for Disability so we will have some money coming in soon for him. (None since end of Dec.) I think most will go for medical insurance, since we don't have any, but the tiny bit that's extra should help a bit. The iffy side is that he may never work again, and that could make his life expectancy even shorter. The upside of it, I can stop pulling double shifts, 15 hour work days & every weekend finally by the end of this month. Man am I tired.

That is good news -- let him feel more at ease in his schooling even if he is a bit behind

I know that is a rough call ... good for the money but I know you worry about his energy level when he has "push" to do anything other than be himself Let's hope he can find a reason to get more into life even if it is just the kidsThe upside of it, I can stop pulling double shifts, 15 hour work days & every weekend finally by the end of this month. Oh Kat that is excellent news! You work far too many hours and need a break.

Been hiding from church the last few weeks. No choir no Sunday services Nada. Just can't face the crowds or peeps asking what's wrong, you look miserable (thanks I needed that to be brought to my attention I already KNOW)

Got a phone call from the minister , he left a message on the machine (can't even talk to folks right now) and it made me feel a bit better to know that we have been missed ... kinda hard not to when the choir sits at the front of the church.

Thanks for being here gang, i need the support
