New Seasonal Cast Member (CT) Questions!

Hi hi!!
I am wondering if anyone has an intel I've been trying to ask around but no one seems to know the most up to date information... But I am hiring in as a CT (Casual Temporary) for the Summer and am wondering what the tickets offerings for Seasonal CMs are (post pandemic).
Is it still one Main Gate (for myself) and three Guest Passes?
Is a spouse pass a thing that CTs can request?
I am wondering if I should hurry and snag a Magic Key for my spouse, or not.
