I have heard from a reliable source that Beaches and Cream (between the Yacht and Beach Club hotels) will be closed for renovations from 12/6 - 12/12/2005.

You are absolutely right!! I was sitting at the Yacht Club bar and the bartender was talking to a fellow employee and they were both talking about the renovations and when it will be closing.

Personally, Ihope they make it bigger....too long a wait, but that is because there are very few tables

Only being closed a week doesn't seem like enough time to expand the size. Unless they are already working on the space next door and just have to remove a wall. I agree though, they do need more space for it since it has become so popular recently.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's bothered by that smell! On my last three visits to B&C I have noticed that faint but disgusting smell, kind of like hot garbage.

Me too. Last time we ate there I could smell that sour milk smell and it was very unappetizing. I'm in no rush to go back. I like to be able to eat my food without gagging.
