New rule

It is?

meh!

as long as the nay sayers don't come over here! Seems like more and more, people are trying to shut down threads because they don't like the content, instead of just not posting on the thread!

I've noticed that, as well. It seems lately that some people intentionally come onto a thread they don't like and post a few comments to rile people up, then complain when people disagree with them and get the thread closed. It's really a shame. If I don't like a thread I stay away from it - it seems like the adult thing to do. I wish everyone would do that.

I do still love the New Rule, though. And with things going the way they have been over the last few days I think I'll be quoting more and more between now and Christmas! People certainly have short fuses lately.

Well Redlight DID invent the NEW-NEW rule!!!

and interesting...redlight means stop..and you should stop posting if you don't like a thread!:scared1:

(Coincidence...Hmmm, might be a plot by the space people from the flying saucers to take over the world...or at least Disney!!)

I remember a red light green light thing....lol

yeah....did they play that at ACU5? hehehehhehehehehehe

I remember that game....it used red and green lights...

just like on a ship...port and starbord....

a ship.......

hmmm, space ships have been know to have lights..I saw that close encounters movie.....

this means something.......

(time for rum!!!)

Could the new-new rule be: If you don't like a thread, don't post in it.
I've always thought that'd be a nice "rule," and believe in the "if you can't say something nice, then don't say nothing at all" motto. It seems a lot of people don't though.

It seems a lot of people like to "follow" other posters around though, and start fights and arguments in any thread others start, and that causes a lot of threads to get locked.

actually I was talking about the red light green light thing in the service. You could say RED LIGHT if someone was pushing their bounds a bit... I always thought of it as silly lol!!! But I do remember the game now that you said it lol

You mean like you just did??

What nice thing did you have to say?

Seriously, do you not see how hypocritical your post is?

I loved red light/green light (the game).

its easier to put people on ignore, as they try an manipulate things to the point where they will try and shut down a thread.

RUM?

or pudding pop? (for those that don't drink!)(Colbert report was talking about them with alicia Keys last night!! hehehehehehe)

I haven't had a pudding pop in forever. Do they still make them? Hmm...I wonder if you can make homemade pudding pops by freezing pudding?

Um, no I don't see how I was being a hypocrite, since I didn't attack anyone or say anything mean. I think it's okay to disagree, and I actually think different opinions are a good thing, but there's a mature way of doing it without making fun of and attacking others.

truthfully I don't know!

He was talking with her about meeting Bill Cosby and was talking about pudding and jello and so on.

then I remember the two and a half men episode where martin sheen called charlies mother puddin pop...

so you can see the universe I call reality often has twists and turns!!!

and now I have a craving for butterscotch pudding!!

They stopped for a while, and then Popsicle brand started making them again but they didn't seem as good for some reason. I just checked the website and it appears that they've stopped making them again. :( This has inspired me to try to make my own. I have some Mickey Mouse popsicle molds (by Tupperware, I think) and I am going to try making some chocolate ones tomorrow. That might be better anyway, since I never liked the vanilla ones and the packages came with both chocolate and vanilla, plus chocolate/vanilla swirl.

I remember those! we used to use kool-aid , but we would make the ones with several layers of different flavors!
