Hi,

Due to some controversy of late we have added a new rule when adding a picture/pin to PinPics. As everyone knows once a pin has been added to PinPics the image belongs to PinPics and can be used in Ebay Auctions by our members as long as they give credit to PinPics for the image. To further solicitate this we are asking that you do not put tags in the pictures.

If you add a Pic to PinPics it can not have your personnal tag anywhere in the image. This is so that there is no confusion about where the image comes from.

If you have any questions about why this ruling is in place or concerns about this please feel free to email us at info@pinpics.com and we will be happy to answer them.

Can I make a request?

Would it be reasonable to only allow pins that have been released and not the paper images or prototype images that get put up as soon as word gets out about a pin. My request comes from the standpoint that inventory and maintain ones collection, trades and wants flows through pinpics based on when a pin was released and having pins in the database 2 and 3 months before it is released can be difficult. Yes, I know you can use search, but sometimes people reference pins differently than how another person thinks of the same pin.

Just a small request.

Thanks
