The Disney website has code FSC with a rate of $74 for a standard value, but Mousesavers has code NBH with a rate of $59 for a standard value. Has anybody gotten the $59 rate?

After further investigation I discovered that the $59 rate didn't apply to my dates and that Mousesavers had the wrong code for the room only discount. I'm very happy with $74 room. Thanks for the reply.

I am beyond thrilled with the new code. I got AKL SV CLUB LEVEL for 220 (that includes tax!). And my old reservation was under a bounceback at YC and it ended up costing me only 8.00 a night to upgradeto club level at the YC! So my split trip is CL all the way for an unbelievable low cost...I am so excited...

Call. I just got POR for a 35% off rate. SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy with that as it's our favorite resort!

If you don't mind me asking how did you get 35% OFF POR...we are going in April, I have room booked...but waiting to make final prep on pkg when 2010 prices come out...

WDW periodically releases discount codes for check-in during certain periods of time...there's almost always some kind of discount available at any given time. Right now, discount codes have been released for people checking in between October and mid-December (don't have the exact dates in front of me right now).

If you're going next April, there may be a discount code applicable for your time-frame released a few months before that. Check these boards and read all you can and you'll be on the ball when a code comes out that you can use. Then you call to apply the discount code to your reservation, and hopefully you will receive some type of discount on your WDW vacation. Much of April is peak season, though, so discounts are less common...

I have a reservation with Free Dining (the Disney Visa offer that was out last week) for Dec 5-12th. I emailed my TA a while ago to ask her to compare it to the new discounted offer and I got an email back saying she had a family emergency and would check email periodically. I sure hope someone else is working on her emails for her. I checked online just now and its not showing available for the Poly on my dates. I hope we didn't wait too long!!!

Soo...I am so bummed that I was away all day and just now saw the new room only discount I just called and there are no rooms availble for my stay at Contemporary 11/29-12/06. Do you think I should call back and talk to someone else, or try calling once and awhile to see if something opens up? I reaallly want this

I was able to get our room at POP for the discounted rate over Halloween weekend! Saved us $70! I had seen the Mousesavers code, but didn't think it would apply to our reservation since it's a holiday. But I tried anyway, and it did work.

Good luck to everyone else in getting the rooms/discounts you want!

I just started working with someone at Small World Vacations (via mousesavers.com) hoping to get the new room-only discount for WL/AKL/POFQ (whichever we can actually get). I am hoping to hear back tomorrow about it. How soon would one expect all the discount offers to be gone? Should I try to book myself? I was under the impression from the site you had to go through an agent. I don't want to miss the offer though. Will it sell out or do I have a few days to work it out? Anyone know or have a feel for it? We'd love to be able to do WL/AKL because it isn't anything we'd normally be able to afford at regular rates.

Or is the whole thing just wishful thinking?

For the room-only discount, does this promotion have a hard stop at 12/24, or is it similar to Free Dining where if your vacation starts within the offer dates (say, 12/23), they'd let you extend it beyond the 24th?

My initial thought is no....but I've been wrong before!

It is my understanding that it is hard stop on the 24th...if you book the FD package however, you can extend it past the 17th. I currently have 12/17-27 booked, but it was on yet another code that I rec'd in April. THAT code allowed up to 14 days on a single booking, but I think the current one allows up to 10. The negatives on the FD package are the 1 day base ticket requirement each, and 45 day out paid in full , and cancellation policy.
