****New Rides?****

Hi Everyone

I am going to disney next October(06), and i was wondering if there are any new rides since last October(04)? I know they are building a new ride in Animal Kingdom, when will that be ready? Also what is that called? I know that Stitch will be new for us. But are there any other new rides?

In AK is opening April or May 2006 so I think you will get to experience it on your trip.

Soarin just came out in May 2005 I believe. Also, the stunt show came out at MGM, but thats not a ride. You mentioned Stitch, and I think that might be all for now. Soarin and the stunt show are MUST-SEES!

is Expedition to Everst. We have been seeing it built everytime we go, and can't wait to ride it, but it keeps getting delayed and is definately not going to make for this trip.

I think Mickey's Philarmagic is new since October 04.

We just made the Mickey's Philarmagic , it was great. We enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to Soarin and that stunt show. Did you all enjoy them? I am hoping that Expedition to Everst doesn't have anymore delays, I hope it will be open for our trip in 2006. thank you everyone for reponding.

Can I ask what Soaring is and where it is? And what is the new stunt show? Does it replace Indi?

Soarin is a new ride at EPCOT that came out for the celebration. It's a ride/IMAX show that has you sit in hang gliders and fly over California. It's absolutely AMAZING!!! But get there early or the lines are HORRIBLE!!! and no, the stunt show didn't replace Indy. It also came out for the celebration and is behind the Backlot Tour ride. It too is AMAZING. But it can pack BIG crowds. It is a FASTPASS attraction so you may want to use that.
