hi we have been to orlando in 2003 and we are thinking of going back in 2006 during june and was wondering are there gonna be any new rides also i have heard of a new vertical drop roller coaster in busch gardens is this true?

OK, new rides by the time you get to WDW in 2006. Well, they just opened Stitch Escape in November 2004 in the MK.
In May a new show in front of the Castle will be opening, called Cindercellabration.
Also in May at Epcot Soarin' will open in the newly renovated Land Pavillion.
The new Stunt show will open at Disney MGM in the are where Residential Street used to be. Estimated time of opening, May 2005.
At Animal Kingdom Expedition Everest, a new coaster ride is scheduled to open in Spring 2006.
At Typhoon Lagoon a new Water Coaster will be opening this spring.

There will plenty of new things to do and see when you visit in summer of 2006!

That opened in fall of 2003, and Wishes, the new nighttime Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom also made its debut in Oct 2003.

There is a new coaster at Busch Gardens--will be going there for the first time in April!

It is called SheiKra and it will be the USA's first dive coaster (only the third in the world!)

Set among the jungle ruins of a once-mighty African civilization, SheiKra will carry riders up 200 feet at 45 degrees, then hurtle them 70 mph back toward the ground at a 90-degree angle. It will be the first coaster of its kind in the Americas and only the third in the world. Similar diving coasters in England and Taiwan can't match the height, speed and intensity SheiKra will offer.

SheiKra is the first dive coaster to incorporate an Immelmann loop, a water feature, and a second 90-degree, 138-foot drop through an underground tunnel. The ride also includes a 360-degree climbing carousel. SheiKra's 3,188 feet of steel track offers a total ride time of just over three minutes.
