New rides!!!

Amanda's birthday was great - we had a great time at the magic kingdom.

As far as Pocahontas... I definately do not think it is one of their best animated features, but I do think it is a good movie. Especially when you compare it to Atlantis and Treasure... Blech. So, maybe it has improved in my eyes because those were so bad

But, I am not sure it would be a strong enough movie to carry my intrest in a ride. Maybe if it was done real well... but we know the likelyhood of that happening. -- What they need is a ride based on The Little Mermaid, like the one that Tony Baxter describes in this interview from 1995. Now that I would like to see.

Now that ride sounds fantastic -- I would love for them to do that! and have it done by the time I am there -- Doesnt look like that is going to happen though...

I will definitly agree with you on Treasure and Atlantis -- and I wasnt being sarcastic on the Pocahontas ride - my idea sucks and that is why I am not an imagineer...

I talked to Amanda two days ago - she sounded tired but told me all about her birthday and getting to meet max and how that was the coolest -- and getting to ride in the front of the rollercoaster twice
