Has there been any official word on what type of ride this will be. I know what the theme is but is it going to be similar to the other Harry Potter ride in terms of the ride vehicles and mechanics itself? Or is it going to be like Spiderman or some other ride?

It is an indoor coaster type ride with variable speeds and a motion vehicle that can move 360 degrees. So kind of a combination between Mummy and Spiderman.

I have a feeling Gringotts is going to be even better than FJ. I just hope the queue is as awesome as FJ's is. Can't wait!!!!!

I know it's a coaster but there hasn't been a whole lot of info on the coaster itself,I think I remember hearing something about maybe the ride having an elevator drop like Verbolten at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, has anyone heard that or did I just dream it.

It's gonna be similar to The Mummy in terms of dark ride/coaster mix from what I've heard/read. But upgraded a lot. Like The Mummy on steroids lol

But less intense in terms of the coaster portion.

Expect the queue to be better, from what I have heard it will be even more immersive

So, in other words, I better make sure I am hopped up on Bodine before I go on it??? :crazy2::scared:

I've never been on Mummy or the other rides mentioned in this thread, except FJ. I made it through FJ... just had to sit down for a few minutes afterwards. I will go on it regardless!!

Well...this new attraction is supposed to be more family friendly than FJ so it might not be a bad.
