New Restaurants to us - Jiko and Raglan Road - thoughts?

Hi all. My son and I will be trying two new restaurants on our trip coming up in just about three weeks: Jiko during a resort-only day at AKL and then Raglan Road while we stay at Saratoga Springs. Any particular dishes/drinks you enjoy at either? I think I'm going to have to try the filet and request the mac & cheese at Jiko. I hear it gets rave reviews.

I rarely give food recommendations because food preferences are so highly individual. But I will say that these are 2 of our favorite places at WDW, and I think you'll really enjoy your meals.

Agree with Minnie, you really can't go wrong with anything on Jiko's menu. Sheppard's pie at Raglan is my go to but all of the food is really good.

I agree too, that individual tastes vary greatly.
That said, I enjoyed the filet at Jiko and the Beef Stew at Raglan Road

Both are two of my favorite spots. Love the beef stew at Raglan Road.

The Ger's Bread Pudding for dessert at Raglan Road is incredible.

We did both for the first time on our trip last November/December. I had the filet at Jiko and it was excellent, as was the tomato salad. At Raglan I had the swordfish salad and it was fantastic (though most of the rest of the menu didn't appeal to me...I usually tend to eat on the lighter side). Our service at both was excellent and we and our kids loved the fun atmosphere at Raglan. Hubs and I enjoyed Jiko for a kid-free late night dinner for our anniversary
