New Restaurants & Dining plan questions

Ok, have a couple questions so lumping them into one post.

1. I have heard that Tablas Frontera, Homecoming, and STK are opening at some time this year, just wondering if there are any other restaurants supposed to be opening soon around Disney this year? (Doesn't have to be just in Disney Springs)

2. Appetizers for the Deluxe Dining Plan are still included this year? Sometimes we have a buffet breakfast and save the lunch credit for dinner and have it at a signature (And sometimes cause of arrival time we have a spare breakfast credit) According to Disney's website about the plan it says it still is. Just making sure.

1. Keep in mind that all of those restaurants are in Disney Springs, so will have to contract with the DDP. They may not be accepting it before 2017.

2. If Disney's site says so, then it is true. Otherwise, it sounds as false advertising.

Yes, apps are still included with the deluxe plan.

apps are included with the deluxe plan and as far as "new" restaurants opening, I know there is a new one in AK opening this year (Tiffins), also MK just had a new opening, not sure if they are accepting ADRs in advance yet or still in the daily ADR stage (Skipper Canteen), and Magic Kingdom also opened and old but new restaurant from what I have heard use to be a restaurant and then closed down and now they are reopening it (The Diamond Horseshoe). I am kind of glad that Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom got some kind of new table service places, because they were really lacking compared to Epcot and even Hollywood Studios (which is weird bc they are redoing that whole park). Also not sure if this counts has "new" or not but Hollywood & Vine late last year introduced Minnie's Seasonal Dining, which I think is pretty cool.
