"New" Restaurant Questions

First of all, I've noticed that the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station is now the Tomorrowland Terrace restaurant. It says that it is buffet-style, but that it is a QS...can anyone verify this for me??

Also, I've noticed that the old El Pirata y el Perico restaurant is now called the Tortuga restaurant or something. Can anyone tell me if this place will be open seasonally like the other one was?

Too early to tell with Tortuga. Who could ever figure out El Pirata's schedule?

As for Tomorrowland Terrace, this is one restaurant I have never been able to figure out.
