New Restaurant in Mexico

Anyone know what the name will be of the new restaurant inside the Mexican Pavillion? Heard it is opening September 2010, anyone know when you can book ADR's?

It will not be inside the pavillion, it is located across the "street" along the water.

La Hacienda de San Angel will be the name of the TS portion (with La Cantina (CS) reopening in the same building), which will only be serving dinner and supposedly is aimed to give great illuminations views. No official word on opening has been released and we expect dining reservation information once opening has been confirmed.

I'm going in December and I can't decide between the new Mexican rest or Chef de France. I can't wait until they start booking.
