New Restaurant in Italy at Epcot?

I just read on allears about the new company that will be running what is currently Alfredo's in Italy at Epcot - which is due to close 8/31. We'll be at WDW around 9/10 & will miss eating at Alfredo's - does anyone know if the new restaurant there will be open immediately, or will it be closed for a few months? TIA!

The new management takes over Sept 1st, however I'm not clear on if that means it will be open, or if that is when they will start renovation/rehab. The group taking over is the Patina Restaurant group, they already have restaurants over in Disneyland.

Thanks Bob That's exactly what I was looking for! Looks like we'll need to find somewhere else to eat in September.
