L’Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante at Epcot's Italy Pavilion will be changed to Tutto Italia on 9/1/07. The Patina Restaurant Group will taking over operation of the restuarant on that date. The restaurant is scheduled to close sometimes in the spring of 2008 for a refurbishment and will reopen in either fall or early winter 2008.

the two most important questions have yet to be answered

1. will they have fettucine alfredo?

2. will they have strolling minstrels?

#5 Will we not see CM's from Italy anymore?

#6 Will we be able to get a good pizza pie? ;)

In Italy?

Yes. If you go to any major city in Italy, you will probably see as many pizza shops as you would in Manhattan. They are just rectangular and sold by weight. All sorts of varieties too! A little different than you would find stateside, but unmistakeably pizza nonetheless. What you won't find in Italy are meatballs.

They sell hotdogs from ecoli carts in every major city in America, I sure hope we're not identified by that though.

No unfortunately our legacy in Europe is McDonalds, Burger King, and Starbucks.

8. Will the group being seated next to you have to put their butts in your faces in order to get into their seats?
