New Restaurant at the Dolphin???????

A couple of months ago someone mentioned that they will be opening a new restaurant at the Dolphin. Has anyone heard anything more about this. The restaurant was to be an upscale seafood restaurant, I believe that had something to do with the Chef from Olives by the name of Todd English.

yes, todd english is involved in the new restaurant at the dolphin. according to the st. pete times, it will be called Blue Zoo and feature fish preparations from coastal regions around the world, from spain to japan. says it is scheduled to open in November. it implies that's Nov. 2003, but you know how restaurant openings are always delayed.

also says English is talking with TGI Fridays about him being involved in re-working their menu. interesting, but i still probably won't go.
