New Restaurant at Festival Bay?

Does anyone know the name or the new restaurant at Festival Bay. When we were there last year they were builiding it next to Caddy Shack and I remember it was a shrimp restaurant and it is a chain if I am not mistaken. Has anyone eaten there? My husband is obsessing about it and he does not even like SHRIMP!
