Screamscape had a rumor last month which said that the current owner of Planet Hollywood, Robert Earl, is going to build a huge new restaurant in the parking lot of DTD, which will supposedly block the view of the former Empress Lily, now Fultons Crabhouse, as we all know, and other tennants at DTD have claimed to have seen plans for the place. Anyone hear about this, or has it already been posted?
