New Ressie computer system question

Is anyone else having trouble getting into the AP reservation site? I keep trying to check the AP Dec rates, but I get an authentication error. Anyone know anything about this? Or have any suggestions?

No recommendations, but I can at least say you're not alone! I can't get into the passholder page at all. I've been trying to renew my AP online fro 5 days....

This happens to me every so often too. What you need to do is clear (delete) every cookie that has anything to do with Disney or Go. Then close the Window and open a new one. You should be able to get right in!
