New Resort??

I meant to ask this when I first got back a couple months ago but forgot all about it. I saw a new road with a sign (I can't remember what it said) about a new resort. Is this a Disney resort or a new resort being built on Disney property like Swan/Dolphin?

Probably the Bonnet Creek Resort, a Fairfield Development. Not a Disney resort and not on Disney property (but surrounded by Disney property on three side, I-4 on the fourth). This is a timeshare.
