New reservations not showing up?! HELP!

I had made some dining reservations last month and they are all listed in my reservation section, of "My Disney Experience". I made some this weekend and tried again today, and they will not show up. I tried to link them by adding the confirmation number and last name, and it says its not right? I'm logged in when i do it so it doesn't make sense, any ideas?

I'm having the same problem, I've tried over and over and it keeps telling me that I'm entering the wrong information....annoying!
 
I have this same problem with a couple of my reservations as well. But if you call Disney Dining, you can check your confirmation numbers and they should be there. I talked to customer service and they confirmed that they had the reservations and I could talk to tech support to fix the issue if I wanted them to show up online. She said it's been happening a lot lately. Also, to bring your confirmation email to the restaurant just in case. I wasn't worried enough to bother with tech support, so as long as they see the reservations on their side and I bring my confirmation number, all will be good for me.

I'd just call to make sure they have the reservation confirmed on their end. Good luck:)
 
I am having the same problem and I spoke with Tech Support. They couldn't help with the problem. Maybe it is a problem with the system and it will clear up in a few days.

I had the same problem, and called IT. The problem was that the phone number I entered didn't match the one on my MDE account. Once the phone number was updated it added the reservation to MDE.
 
I was logged in my MDE account when i made these reservations and they are not showing or recognized. I double checked, the name/phone number all matches. I will have to try to give them a call when i have time. THANKS! :thumbsup2

I just called, and they were recognized, I just couldn't link them to my reservations on the disney site for some reason. I ended up cancelling them all, and then re-booking so I could see them in the "my reservations" section of the site. Took about an hour of work, but I like having everyone in one spot!
