There were some pretty fantastic rates when I was looking at mid-July…. and then we thought about running our fantastic memories of WDW in March and decided it was foolish to even think about leaving the West Coast in the summer.

Portland in the summertime is basically the dream life. Why leave? Go to the beach. Go to Mt. Hood. Go camping. Float a river. It’s amazing.

Kind of ridiculous of them to say you're not in the ballpark. That's a good size contract for them to not at least counter and get closer. Bird in the hand. It's not like you're tens of thousands apart.

That's kind of how I feel about it, but the seller is clearly holding out. Good luck to them but think it should go for around $95pt. I was prepared to go to 90 but didn't seem worth it. On to the next one.

I actually countered at $87 not $85 so I wasn't quite as tight as I first thought

Glad you aren’t phased by their response. Hang in there and you will get to a price you want. I see SSR go for $82 often.
