What can I reasonably expect as a first year real estate agent regarding income and expenses? I'm looking at the idea of what to budget ahead for expenses versus income. Thanks,

Get another number. at least if your located in California. Your number will be publicly listed and you will get a ton of spam calls.
Set aside $1000 on fees. MLS membership will cost you like $800 a year + $200 for supra key.

Do you have a backup income? Do you have a SO with a steady job? dont expect to make a lot of money. Real Estate is a very unsteady market, you can be doing well one year, and then not make any sales the next. Its really up to the market in your area.
