im kinda nervous about this sleepover tonight

i dont know why, i just keep having these bad feelings about it.

i think its mostly because i hate being separated from my family (i know how babyish that sounds)

and i just get really nervous and i feel like im about to cry for some reason? and also, recently, ive been getting this thing where if i see something disgusting, i get really worked up and stuff and i start gagging, and i just dont want that to happen D:

I'm self-concious of my teeth today (ever since I was little, my front teeth have two permanent white spots on them, almost like I'd had braces there, but not because of braces)

ok, i just googled how i feel, and this is how someone else described it, and is exactlt how i feel

I dont understand what is wrong with me.. for at least a year now i have been feeling sick on a daily basis.. some days worse than others... ive been to see my GP but he says there is nothing wrong with me. I get stomach ache or sicky tummy feeling, I get sickness feeling but never get sick. i sometimes get a shakey feeling all over my body and a really sicky feeling but this doesnt happen very often. I dont drink alcohol, dont eat much junk food and eat limited sweet things.. I cant keep living like this its driving me crazy!
