From what i've been reading on the presidential thread, you guys don't have publicly funded healthcare? Or something like that?

Any answer? I don't understand this whole "people with a better salary get better health care" thing, or something like that...

We have the NHS, which is publicly funded. It's not too good though... They're closing down the A&E at the hospital nearby.

^ No we dont currently. But there are definitely negatives to all types of healthcare. Nothing is ever perfect.
