New Question on DCL Website survey

Just over on the website looking at our cruise plans for our WBTA cruise next month and a survey popped up.
I hadn't been asked to do a survey since my last birthday and the first thing I had to move to a new age range LOL
Anyway, they asked a question I had never seen before:

Do you prefer Disney themed chocolate or name brand chocolates or no preference?
Being a chocolate lover, I prefer good chocolate, I love the Ghirardelli Chocolate they have now.
I know they have the Frozen chocolate bars for the Frozen Night and Pirate coins on Pirate night.

Every time I'm asked to participate in the survey, after answering the first couple of questions (about me) I'm told "sorry, you don't fit the demographic we're looking for". So I never get to give my opinion.

Hmmm.... That was the only question besides the normal, what were you doing on the website today? Did you have issues? are you a travel agent?

I haven't been on the website today. No, I'm not a travel agent.

Randomly, when I'm on the DCL website, it asks me if I want to participate in a a survey. I always say yes, as I think it's important that businesses hear from their clientele. After I get past the "where are you located" and "what's your age group" question, I always get a "thank you, but we're looking for a different demographic" response - so no survey.

I wonder if people are complaining that the "Sleepy" dwarf chocolates are no longer being left on the bed. I loved those chocolates and have no idea what brand they were. The Ghiradelli aer good as well

Those disappeared a couple years ago, I know they were cute and good too!

I haven't yet. I've thought about it. But it would skew the results, if such information is necessary for the survey.

Maybe, but you've gone on a lot of different cruises to a lot of places. I would think that the different experiences that you've had on your cruises would be a lot more valuable than your age or where you live. I've done a lot of the surveys and the questions they ask aren't focused on my age or where I live. It's always focused on the cruising experience. It's a shame their system won't let you do the survey because I think you would be able to give some great feedback.

The questions about where I live and my age aren't part of the survey, per say. Just a way of sorting out the demographic that's answering the question. But I think, regardless of whether I "fit" or not, if I say I want to take the survey I should be able to. I would think that DCL wants honest input.

I really hope they keep the theming! We thought the pirate chocolates were really cute and I'd hate to just get some basic chocolate. I know they just give out Mars brand chocolates at the halloween party so maybe that is what they had in mind

I know, I miss them!! I used to bring them home and whenever I had one it reminded me of the cruise. I liked that they had a Disney theme to the chocolates.
