New Purchase at BLT, what use month and year?

Anyone have any idea on what the use month and year will be for a new purchase at BLT?

I was told Dec. 09.

They have not announced yet. Apparently, existing owners will get 2009 points in their use year starting with Feb. My guess would be they will be selling Feb when they start selling to new purchasers but they could choose any month.
