New PS rules

I was away on vacation for awhile. I have noticed a few references to new PS stuff. What has changed? I tried search but it has been disabled.

Sorry if you've discussed this to death! But I must be up to date on my WDW knowledge!

All restaurants, park and resort ones, are now 90 day PS across the board. This includes kids clubs and such. Doesn't include the dinner shows (Still up to 2 years in advance) or seasonal things like Mickey's Backyard BBQ and Candelelight Processional.
