new prices for 2011 r up!!

Just looking and noticed the half board meal plan page has changed quite a bit too. Instead of listing all the restaurants where you can use your vouchers for a set menu it is just showing where you would save money by using your vouchers for a set menu. So for half board plus it doesn't say you can save money at plaza, annettes etc where you can use standard vouchers. (hope that made sense:thumbsup2)

Maybe they had some complaints from people using the plus vouchers in standard restaurants where the vouchers probably cost more than the meal?

It is also showing cafe mickey as a plus, not premium and cowboy cookout is now a standard restaurant.

The upgraded room thing is interesting-If I go to Sequoia at the end of March it automatically offers me a lodges room and I have to pay and extra £60 or £70 I think it was to upgrade to a montana.
If I book from the new dates ie from 5th April I automatically get offered a montana room price but it only offers to take £23 off for a normal room!!:confused3

we want to go this year but DS will be 7 in new year so maybe worth us going very end of March to save a wee bit?

That's weird :confused3 I'm also confused as to where the single adult price is coming from. The brochure price for our stay is £256 plus single adult supplement £60 = £316. But the 30% off price is £263...which isn't 30% off, its only about 15% off (my maths isn't great but it's about that)
30% off works fine for 2 people. But I'm planning on buying an AP so only want to book BF into the hotel.

isnt the single supplement per night?? so £60 per night??

New prices i can now start planning our 1st trip for next year. I was wondering tho with the 30% off. Is this already taken off the price quoted on their web site Or will it be taken off, come final confirmation/payment.
Sorry if this seems a daft question.

It will be included in the price - if in the package section it says "30% off" somewhere then it has already been taken off.
Beware, Disney now seem to be automatically assigning upgraded rooms, so click on "select a different room type" and see if you can save anything there.

I just compared what we did this August to next and its coming up about £50 ish more at davy crockett but when I put in DLH family room for August it's coming up over £1000 more for one night less than we are paying in december!

I know August is probably the most expensive time but presumed the week of Christmas would also be on a par with it!

Don't think we will be stayting at DLH next summer if prices stay like that. Will be off to davy crockett again, although we did enjoy the ranch :)

That seems ridiculous! I was also surprised by how much October prices were for next year, although if we're going at Halloween we won't be booking it for ages, just got a bit carried away price checking lol

Same!
I've made a price comparison list to show my boyfriend when he gets in from work :rotfl: Anything to avoid my dissertation :scared1:

Haha, that's okay. My best friend may have just skipped classes to come home 2 days earlier than planned so that we can troll the internet for amazing prices :lmao:
I want a May trip again and an October trip (after reading all those amazing TRs from this year) and possibly a Christmas trip. All this after a Disney-fix trip in January! Perhaps an annual pass is in order :rolleyes1
Mickey Mouse - my drug of choice :rotfl2:

If you're going 3 times you should definitely get an AP! I'm getting one in June (only £107 with shareholders discount), then hopefully going again with sister in October (I'm the same, feel like I need to go at Halloween after reading all the trippies) then again with Mum and sister in early 2012 for 20th anniversary!

October this year for us was £347, exactly the same trip for 2011 (with the 30% discount) is £413 - I think thats a big jump personally, and puts onsite firmly out of our budget.

I priced up the same dates as we had this year in August in the HNY and it has come up with £1894. This is with 30% discount, whereas this year we got 40%.

I worked out that even if they had 40% discount it has gone up £200 from this year - over 10% increase.

They must think people will pay it - I'm sure they know the market.

Im in two minds, Should i book now and get the cheap flights before they go up any or wait incase there is a better offer like 40% off and kids under 12 stay and play free?

Can anyone remember how much deposit you pay if you phone to book? is it 10 or 20%?

Thanks:thumbsup2

It is 10% deposit when booking over the phone :)

Hi everyone! I'm in the US and the Disneyland Paris US site says prices aren't available for Oct 2011 yet. But if I go on the UK site the prices are available. Does anyone know why that is? :confused3
What would happen if I booked thru the UK site? I mean since I don't live in the UK would I get in trouble?

One more question. I will be coming from London to DLP and would like to add the Eurostar train on to my package, can I just book it one way or must I book it round trip? I plan on flying back home from Paris. Thanks!
