New Postcard

I just have afew questions about postcards.

Has anyone booked using the new one the states deluxes at $109 for November stays. Which hotels are included?

Also the postcard came in my Dad's name but we have the same address should I be able to use it? I now it says non-transferrable but with it being the same address I was curious.
