Forgive me, if this has been answered before. I haven’t been on the board as much as I’d like because my vision has gotten so bad. But I was wondering if anyone has mentioned what size rooms are going to be in the new tower that is being built.

It appears there will definitely be larger accommodations (1br, 2br, maybe grand villas). As to how many studios? Nobody knows yet.

Nothing official has been announced yet in terms of the make up.

People have made predictions based on the drawings.

It will have a mix but no idea if we will see resort studios like BPK or deluxe studios. No idea if we will see the tower rooms like RIV either.

Don’t forget about closet studios, I mean pod studios. I’m sure there will be some of those. They have them in RIV and DLT. I know some people like them at RIV, but I would rather stay in a deluxe studio at SSR for fewer points and more square feet. The more space I have on vacation the better.

I agree, can't imagine staying in those small rooms.

I expect it will be designed similar to Riviera with 1BR, 2 BR, deluxe and many of the small studios.
Looking at the videos, the small studios, they look VERY cramped.

I stay in similar sized hotels in NYC and they are fine - the ones at RR have full sized bathrooms which is way better than the tiny NYC ones. The rooms are great for a solo trip or a weekend for 2. The SV at BW is larger for the same points but good luck getting that if you don’t own at BW .

I’ll just be happy to see some 1 BRs available. That was missing in the first DVC attempt at Poly.
