I am scheming for another WDW fix asap. My DH said he would take me back if we could leave the kids at home with gramm. I will need to my many souveniers for bribery. We loved ASMo and (see post on resort board) I want to go back there. It's cheap and totally magical for me. Very convenient and bus service was great. I am considering how to get there so soon from our last vacation. Also considering the PoFQ (DH thinks it's a more *grown up* hotel) but I'm concerned about busses not coming as frequently as AllStars. I'd like to go maybe October before the higher crowds hit or in november. Maybe even January. My question is how would you get the *best* discount? If we'd bought annual passes in the long run I think that would've been our best deal (we used 4 days of hoppers already). So, I don't think that would be the best do you? Also I don't think my DH would really like the finger scan thing. I am also considering joining DC at 40.00 but will it justifiably save me money this next trip? I want to try to get the 70.00 rate at all stars if I can learn how. I think I will also try to get hoppers on ticketmania or another similar site. I was leery at this while planning my recent trip because I wasn't sure about everyone elses experience with this and time grew too short. Hind site is always perfect iddn't it? ( this trip will only be for 3 days max.) Thanks in advance for your suggestions, love to all

if you are going in the off season the rates will already be low. but check out mousesavers.com~ she posts all the codes and who the are for. and check frequently, you never know when a deal will come out. also sign up for her newsletter. it is free and there are some special deals only announced in the newsletter.
if you are looking for the cheapest ticket option- if you are only going to be there max 3 days, you should get bounce back passes. you cant park hop but it will save you money.
hope i helped and happy planning!!!

Yes, thanks for the mousesavers tip. I did just bite the bullet and joined disney club. The clincher??? I wanted the magazine just to dream about going back to disney. Hopefully it will pay for itself with discounts. I can't find the post now but will look for the value rates for fall. Last post I saw listed january to feb. as value so I need a different part of the year. Planning is all the fun. Love this forum. :p

For the remainder of this year, the dates for value season at the All-Star Resorts and the moderate resorts are August 25 - October 2 and November 3 - December 19.

If you frequent the Disney Store, The money you will save there alone is worth joining the Disney club!!

Disney club is great for saving at the disney store and thats about it.

I would definately check into the annual....they may even have special tickets available...I know that alot of the fla. special available are also available to Ga residents. IF you have the annual pass you will save $$ on the hotels...that is the best rate going...you could get 59.00 for ASMO. Also, discounts at DD. and other passholder perks. Most of the hoppers cost close to the amount of the annual anyway.

DiSNEY will never tell you if there is better deal out there...you have to know what you are looking for.'
Ticket Information and Money saving tips...coupons too!

Last year I found the 59.00 rate on dineyworld.com for end of nov.-first 3 weeks in dec and some dates in feb.I already had ressies at a higher rate so I called and they honored the discounted rate-came out to 66.00 w/tax!Not bad!
