When I saw "VIP", my guess it's one of the VIP tour "pins" from taking the
in park quest tour.

When they first started the tours, the code put a VIP badge in the signature.
Then other people noticed a "VIP pin" that was wearable. I'm thinking the
second VIP is what this person was trying to show.
