Here are some artist's renderings showing how that huge window will look when completed, and how it will look from inside the lobby. Based on these drawings it looks like the lobby is on at least the second floor of the building. It isn't clear whether there will be a viewing area like there is in Jambo House (the Arusha Rock area) but it does look like there might be a door at ground level.

This is the first set of pictures I've seen that shows the support structure for the thatched domes near the lobby.

Fun to watch it go up.
