New park characters?

Besides the fairies, have there been any new park characters wondering around since late 2008/early 2009 that are giving autographs?

I don't know when he came out, but Handy Manny wasn't out last year in March, but I have seen pictures of him now.

We met Iridessa, Rosetta, Tinkerbelle, Fawn, and Silvermist in the Fairies room. We also met Bolt, Mittens, and Rhino at DHS. Also, we met Scrooge McDuck, Prince Caspian, and Brer Rabbit (although these 3 aren't new - they were new for us). So unless someone new has popped up in the last 6 weeks, that's it for the last 9 months or so.
